My first blog post on my newly established cooking blog. I am excited. My goal: to cook 3-4 of her recipes a week.Until I get to 500.YOur mission, if you chose to accept it, is to follow me along on my journey and hopefully gather some tasty tips and recipes along the way.I hope to inspire others to get in their kitchen and cook, because if an idiot like me can do it, then anyone can.It all started several days ago after watching Julie and Julia( I adore Amy Adams by the way). My reward for this journey, should I finish(and I plan to) is to purchase myself a new spicerack , perhaps some new pots and pans, and whatever other kitchen accesories I may decide to get.And the smiling faces of my family as they munch and nosh will be a great reward as well.
Lets see what I can cook up
